We are available to our patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in
the office or by telephone.
Regular Office Hours:
For well-child care, sick visits, and follow-up visits
Monday through Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturdays for urgent visits only
9:00 am - 12 noon
Holidays

After Hours Telephone Coverage:
Swansea Pediatrics has 24-hour telephone coverage for urgent
concerns. After
hours calls are first answered by well-trained pediatric nurses who
follow protocols approved by Swansea Pediatrics. For a serious
emergency or an urgent concern, a Swansea Pediatrics physician is
always available. If you would like to speak to the physician on
call, simply ask the triage nurse to have the physician paged. The
first number to call is 508-379-9605. Our answering service is at
Charlton Memorial Hospital and they will contact us. If you do not
hear back within 15 minutes, please feel free to call again.
If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
