a 40% discount for self-pay patients and provides care without cost

- CHARLTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, Fall River, MA: Does not refuse services to uninsured

- CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL BOSTON, Boston, MA: If you are uninsured or have limited
income you may qualify for public assistance or free care. Depending
on your income level, all or part of your medical costs may be
covered by the medical center under the free care provision of state
Medicaid Law. For more information, call Financial Counseling

- MORTON HOSPITAL, Taunton, MA: If patients with financial hardship
call the hospital within 10 days of service, a 30% discount may be applied if
eligible. Depending on household income, patients may be
eligible for full or partial free care or one of several
state-sponsored insurance programs such as Mass Health, the
Children's Medical Security Plan or Healthy Start. For more
